Äventyr Morning: Amsterdam, NL
The Äventyr Morning is a special half day retreat experience, where we take our adventure into the heart of Amsterdam City Center. In this series we explored a variety of locations throughout Amsterdam including Mahara and Flink. Experience a beautiful Welcoming Ceremony, followed by a heart opening Yoga Session, Meditation and Breath work experience. After, we will connect with a Guest Collaborator for a Sharing Session. Finally, we’ll conclude with a satisfying and nutritious brunch and connecting with like minded people.

Amsterdam Day Retreat: Amsterdam, NL
A day retreat for the mind, body and spirit in the forest of Amsterdam. We started with a Welcoming Ceremony and a Gentle Yoga session. Following that we sank into Pranayama and Meditation, nourished our bodies with a holistic lunch, and then practiced Authentic Relating with our Collaborator, Sieta van Hork, for a full day well-being experience.
